About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Business team in the EU. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment, and driving rapid progress from the team in executing against these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, and drive rapid progress from the team in executing against these opportunities.
  • Work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs in different EU regions.
  • Engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
  • Set and manage partner revenue targets and work with Amazon Business sales organizations in EU to achieve/exceed goals.
Requirements
  • University degree from a reputable institution; technical, business, or marketing degrees preferred.
  • Fluent command of English both written and verbally.
  • 3+ years of experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
  • Experience in commercial negotiations.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Track record of successfully owning, driving, and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum

This estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, qualifications, and experience. The actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
