Bdeo Spain is seeking a skilled Partnerships Development Manager to spearhead the development of strategic alliances with technology partners.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can drive revenue growth through innovative commission-based sales and enhance our service offerings. As a key member of our Growth team, you will identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance and fleet management sectors.

About the role:

  • You will design and implement a streamlined partner management system to create a centralized hub for partner history, activities, and relationship status, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
  • You will develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the partnership program and utilize data-driven insights to proactively monitor, optimize, and elevate results.
  • You will cultivate enthusiastic advocates within the partner ecosystem, positioning Bdeo as an indispensable ally in their offerings.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective partners, nurturing strong relationships at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a SaaS B2B partnership role or similar in Sales, Business Development, or top-tier Consulting.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for forging long-lasting partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong analytical skills to assess, evaluate, and seize partnership opportunities that drive growth.
