About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to drive our growth in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our Iberian team, you'll contribute to the growth of TicketSwap in the region, building strong relationships with key partners and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Iberia Region Lead to develop and execute a business growth strategy for the region.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities while managing existing key accounts.
- Work closely with the internal teams to provide feedback and improve our offerings.
- Manage commercial negotiations to secure new deals and renew existing partnerships.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Spanish (Castellano) and strong English skills (written and verbal).
- Portuguese and co-official languages like Catalan or Basque are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships or Marketing/Brand Partnerships, ideally within a tech, ticketing, or live events environment.
- Commercial mindset with experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and managing accounts.
- Experience in complex consultative sales, with a proven track record of understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
