Job Summary: Iberia Sales Manager

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Iberia Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the customer's current and future needs. They will also have experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and Philips business objectives
  2. Develop and execute account strategy across a range of customer accounts (e.g., conduct market and competitor research)
  3. Drive effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives
  4. Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business unit leaders during key portions of the sales process
  5. Establish meaningful customer partnerships
  6. Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
  7. Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting

Earn a Competitive Salary: €100,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
