Enterprise Sales Director for Iberia

Red Hat is seeking an experienced Sub-Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Iberia.
You will inspire your team and provide valuable strategic insights, working closely with global segment and function leaders to guide Red Hat's GTM strategy and approach in the sub-region.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the global segment and function leaders to guide Red Hat's GTM strategy and approach in the sub-region.
- Develop, motivate, and lead a sales organization that operates with confidence and understanding of the market to move decisively and take advantage of emerging opportunities.
- Maintain a high-performing sub-regional management system, implementing globally consistent operational and financial key performance indicators, holding associates accountable for results.
- Serve as the point of escalation for all enterprise account approvals and conflicts across the segment, including pricing approvals and prioritization of resource allocation to accounts.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
