Job Description

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving sales volumes, mix, and price realization in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing sell-out/inventory levels, serving as the senior commercial contact for customers, and building credibility through effective relationship-building.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the regional market, and a proven track record of driving business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
