Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our Iberia region team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of regional customer plans to drive sales growth and category optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute country commercial policies and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Reach sales targets by managing customer plans, identifying category growth opportunities, and actively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer performance, monitor competition activities, and suggest counteracting measures.
  • C coordinate the turnover and payment process between customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Prior commercial experience in FMCG and/or Retail.
  • Excellent commercial skills, solid understanding of sales, finance KPIs (Volume, Gross Sales, Net Sales, Gross Margin, Gross Profit, etc.).
  • Ability to promote and implement changes based on business decisions impacting sales results.
  • High level of initiative, planning, organization, analytics, focus; strong teamwork capabilities.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
