Horizons is proud to represent a renowned Italian cosmetics raw materials producer. This company excels in manufacturing actives, botanical extracts, and specialties that are sold globally through an extensive network of distributors worldwide.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work remotely from China as the Regional Sales Director for the APAC region. Key responsibilities include:
1. Sales Promotion and Distribution Network Evaluation
- Evaluate and reinforce the sales force in the APAC region
- Maintain a strong network of distributors by evaluating their technical knowledge of Akott products and analyzing key market success factors
2. Continuous Communication with Distributors
- Engage in regular email exchanges, phone calls, webinars, and webcasts with distributors to provide technical and strategic support
- Foster close relationships with distributors to encourage them to promote Akott products effectively
3. Distributor Visits and Product Training
- Visit distributors in their countries at least twice a year, with additional visits as needed, to handle product training for their sales teams
- Jointly conduct customer calls with distributors, manage workshops and seminars, and analyze distributors' promotion strategies to ensure they focus on pushing Akott products correctly
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with distributors, and have experience in sales management. Proficiency in working with digital media and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are also essential.
Benefits
The Regional Sales Director will receive a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
