Career OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our Iberia team as Regional Director of Sales. This role will lead the customer experience team, drive territory sales plans, and ensure timely responses to tenders and management of current contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Full P&L responsibility for the Iberia region
- Lead and motivate the customer experience team
- Establish yearly territory sales plans with direct reports and enterprise solution manager
- Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, taking corrective action as necessary
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales management experience or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience or other relevant commercial experience
- Fluent English language proficiency
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
