Seville Region Sales Director

Pandora West Africa seeks an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to lead our Seville region team. As a sales and service-focused leader, you will drive revenue growth while fostering high-performing teams.
About the JobThis role involves managing boutiques in the Seville area and wholesale customers assigned to the region. You must have extensive retail experience, preferably with a global organisation, and a proven track record of delivering results in a similar multi-site field management position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop Store Managers and teams to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
- Coach and partner with HR, Retail ops, Training, and Merchandising to maximise potential in people, product, and sales.
- Analyse business performance data and implement changes to drive commercial opportunities.
- Extensive retail management experience with a proven track record of delivering in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in wholesale channel management and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
- A highly competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 per year, based on industry standards for a Regional Sales Manager in Spain.
