Regional Sales Director for the Iberia Region

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Iberia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with distributors, and developing strategic plans to expand our market share.
Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will report directly to the Foodservice Iberia Distributors Manager and will be a key member of our high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing commercial plans to drive sales growth and profitability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current foodservice distributors, including defining commercial plans, setting objectives, and controlling implementation
- Activating our products, developing promotional plans, supporting demand planning, and leading profitability in our current distributors
- Analyzing coverage of current distributors' network and prospecting for potential new additions
- SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR DISTRIBUTORS SELL-OUT IN THEIR TERRITORIES
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree + 3 years of sales experience in FMCG and/or distributors management
- Knowledge of the Spanish foodservice channel
- Spanish & English (B1)
- MS Office type computer tools at user level
