Job Overview

The Strategic Sales Director - Iberia at Eviden is responsible for driving profitable growth across the Iberia region. This role involves strategic business development to secure new accounts, retain and renew key customers, and expand existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with key customer executives at the board level, positioning Eviden as a thought leader and innovative business partner.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales activities from pipeline management to offer sign-off, encompassing both new business (hunting) and account growth (farming).
  • Drive Iberia sales growth and prioritize deals, making joint decisions with Heads of Industry and Business Lines on portfolio management and deal pursuits.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Industry and Business lines to define priorities and target customer lists, ensuring both short-term and long-term profitable growth.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
