About the Role

As a Senior Sales Director - Strategic Partnerships at Careerarc, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through our Global and Regional Channel Partner strategy. You will oversee the entire partner lifecycle, from new partner recruitment to growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned regional revenue targets by leveraging channel partners
  • Define and execute global tactics to optimize revenue impact, aligning with Regional Leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support teams in onboarding and activating new partners to decrease time-to-revenue
  • Engage internal resources and key stakeholders to support regional strategy execution
Requirements:
  • Relevant channel, partnerships, or sales leadership experience with proven success in recruiting and developing new partners
  • Ability to manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track KPIs throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive key partner quarterly business reviews and governance meetings
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
