Job Title: Senior Sales Director for International Technical Products

About the Role:
Grupo Crit is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Commercial team in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Economics with significant technical knowledge and understanding
• Proven track record of success in international sales leadership roles
• Strong understanding of modern leadership methods and their implementation
• Experience in organizational development and change management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience
