About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial team and drive international growth. As a Key Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in key markets.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 12 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure sales success, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial experience as Sales Manager, Sales Leader, Commercial Director, or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques in funnel model / CRM.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.
