Growth Director for International Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Director to drive international expansion and lead acquisition strategy. As the Head of Growth at DQE, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel lead generation strategy, focusing on driving growth both in France and internationally.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Developing and executing a lead acquisition strategy to generate high-quality leads for our sales teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and reseller partners.
- Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and SalesforceBEN, with a focus on monitoring KPIs and maximizing ROI.
- Ensuring visibility and promotion of DQE across key marketplaces, including Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Collaborating with sales and alliances teams to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals and provide insights on lead quality and volume.
- Coordinating lead generation initiatives with reseller partners and supporting them in qualifying leads and developing their sales pipelines.
- Strategic partnerships: Coordinate lead generation initiatives with ISV partners through campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and channel performance, continuously identifying areas for improvement and extracting key insights to adjust strategies.
As a Growth Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our growth marketing efforts and contribute to the company's overall success.
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% covered health insurance and a structured onboarding path.
