Senior Director, Head of International Marketing Job Summary:

Axon is seeking a highly experienced marketing leader to drive our global expansion efforts. As the Senior Director, Head of International Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth in key markets across Europe.

About the Role:
  • Location: Madrid
  • Reports to: EVP, Marketing
  • Direct Reports: 5 Regional Marketing Leaders

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and a ability to drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with corporate centers of excellence, and tracking and analyzing performance metrics to inform data-driven marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Axon's global vision and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a cross-functional marketing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with corporate centers of excellence to develop and implement marketing programs that meet local market needs.
  4. Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven marketing decisions.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
