About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales Expansion to lead our sales efforts in the United States. Reporting directly to our President, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's global objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the US market, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Prospect potential clients based on the developed sales strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and propose strategic adaptations to maximize sales.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to identify threats and opportunities in the US market.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (industrial engineering, mechatronics).
  • 4-10 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the aeronautical and metalwork industry.
  • Self-starter with commercial tenacity and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 3-4 days a week.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. This is a 100% remote position within the Rust Belt Area, offering flexibility and autonomy in managing your work schedule.
