Director of North American Sales Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North American sales strategy and drive revenue growth across diverse U.S. markets.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with aggressive revenue goals, focusing on expanding market share in key U.S. regions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing remote sales team capable of driving exponential growth in a dynamic landscape.
- BUILD strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by developing a robust sales pipeline, fostering key partnerships, and expanding into new customer segments.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for the team, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and refine strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS company with high-growth targets; fintech experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading and managing remote teams across dispersed locations, with a track record of building collaborative, high-impact teams.
- A strong strategic thinker with experience driving substantial revenue growth, particularly in companies scaling between $50M and $150M ARR.
- Skilled in leveraging data and sales metrics to drive decision-making, optimize team performance, and maximize growth opportunities.
