Lead Sales Director

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Director to lead our sales team in the French markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering thought leadership to challenge conventional thinking, promoting AMEX acceptance to merchants across assigned markets.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, align and implement client management and sales strategy to meet annual targets
- Lead leaders to recruit, build, develop and shape Sales and Client Management Teams
- Organize and motivate the team to grow the AMEX acceptance network in assigned markets and/or merchant Portfolios
- Manage, coach and support the team to maximize performance of sales driven results (acquisition, expansion and retention)
- Create and foster a high performance environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent team management experience (minimum 3 years)
- Passion for sales and client management with demonstrated experience in a Sales or Client Management environment
- Strong project management skills
- Native/Fluent level of French written and spoken
- Fluent level of Spanish or any other language is a plus
This role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive bonus incentives, support for financial well-being and retirement, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, flexible working arrangements and generous paid parental leave policies.
