Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our commercial business development efforts in the European and Asian markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining and implementing successful sales strategies, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to launch new products on an international basis
- Manage sales and marketing strategies for the European and Asian markets
- Define distribution strategy and ideal route-to-market, analyzing competitors and identifying new business opportunities
- Measure ROI for marketing activities
- Lead client negotiations and supervise relationships with marketing and design agencies
- Report to the board and define KPIs
Requirements:
- University degree and ideally MBA or similar
- 10+ years experience in a similar role within the industry
- International experience and knowledge of key distributors in Modern Trade and On Trade
- Experience managing brands and marketing teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
- Crossover mindset
- Proactive, results-oriented, team player
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Proficiency in English
