We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our commercial business development efforts in the European and Asian markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining and implementing successful sales strategies, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to launch new products on an international basis
  • Manage sales and marketing strategies for the European and Asian markets
  • Define distribution strategy and ideal route-to-market, analyzing competitors and identifying new business opportunities
  • Measure ROI for marketing activities
  • Lead client negotiations and supervise relationships with marketing and design agencies
  • Report to the board and define KPIs

Requirements:

  • University degree and ideally MBA or similar
  • 10+ years experience in a similar role within the industry
  • International experience and knowledge of key distributors in Modern Trade and On Trade
  • Experience managing brands and marketing teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
  • Crossover mindset
  • Proactive, results-oriented, team player
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Proficiency in English
