Sales Director for Neuro Medical Devices

Job Summary:
Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Neuro Medical Devices team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales of capital medical devices in Europe, with a strong understanding of the Neurosurgery market.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the region's business goals, manage and lead the sales team, execute sales strategies, and build a pipeline of business opportunities. Collaborate with the VP marketing and product managers to develop marketing plans, and lead the process of obtaining reimbursement. Support the VP regulatory in preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan.
Requirements:
At least 5 years in sales of capital medical devices in Europe, familiarity with Neurosurgery market. Experience developing sales channels via distributors, confident negotiating skills, and excellent communication skills. Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market.
