Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mesi Medical. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital medical tablet in western Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in western Spain, including identifying market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and distributors, to promote the adoption of our technology.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
  • Maintain daily communication and follow-up with distributors and their sales representatives in the assigned areas.
  • Participate in conferences and events, and collaborate with other departments within the company.
  • Provide market feedback and customer needs to the development team to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Monitor distributors' performance and ensure the proper knowledge of their sales force to present and use our diagnostic devices and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales position in medical technology or digital medical devices, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare market in western Spain, including public and private hospitals and clinics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of English is essential.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to understand the needs and challenges of the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a growing start-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as necessary.
  • User-level in MS Office.
  • Communicative, problem-solving, cooperative, and results-oriented profile.
