Job Summary:

Resvent Medical is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide technical and clinical support to respiratory physicians and healthcare professionals, ensuring the correct use of medical devices and resolving any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:
Provide technical and clinical support to respiratory physicians and healthcare professionals, ensuring the correct use of medical devices and resolving any technical issues

Physician Presentations and Education:
Conduct presentations and training sessions for respiratory physicians, providing guidance on the use of products, clinical applications, and new technologies

Distributor Training:
Train distributors on product features and clinical applications, ensuring they are well-prepared to promote and support the company's products

Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide prompt support via phone, email, or on-site visits to address any device-related issues, escalating complex cases to the technical team when necessary

Product Expertise:
Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, respiratory clinical applications, and industry trends to provide high-level clinical and technical support to clients

Customer Feedback and Collaboration:
Collect feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, R&D, and marketing to help improve products and meet customer needs

Qualifications:
Proven background in respiratory care (e.g., respiratory therapist, nurse, or related medical field).

Languages:
Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English for effective communication

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical support, customer service, or a related role within the medical device industry, particularly in respiratory care.

Strong communication and presentation skills for educating physicians and distributors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
In-depth knowledge of respiratory medical devices and clinical applications.
Experience in training distributors or educating customers is a plus.
