Job Title: Capital Medical Device Sales Director

Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Capital Medical Device Sales efforts in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of capital medical devices, with a focus on the Neuro market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Europe
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and execute sales initiatives
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of capital medical devices in Europe
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent English language skills
