About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies to maximize sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical industry
- Provide technical support and training to customers on Medtronic products
- Plan and prepare sales forecasts and territory plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Science, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and territory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
