Job Summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing mutually beneficial customer relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. You will maintain existing customer contacts and KOL relationships, and approach competitor customers with a specific account plan, leading to meeting and exceeding business goals.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on all neurovascular products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.
• Prepare, plan, and implement training and product demonstrations in-house.
• Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), standard processes, technical troubleshooting, marketing strategies, and sophisticated clinical knowledge of the neurovascular field.

Customer Management

• Responsible for sales target achievement in geography of responsibility.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
• Improve customer case support through accurate planning and scheduling techniques.

Business Planning

• Analyze data from company systems.
• Responsible for analyzing the market in which they work: optimizing territory plans by consistently tracking market information, using data systems to run analysis on accounts/cost & impact decision making in accounts.

Compliance Tasks

• Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.
• Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
• Ensure personal compliance with all Company standards.

Requirements

• University degree or experience in natural or neuro science (i.e. medical, psychology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy) or similar qualification or experience.
• Sales impact and results orientation.
• Successful track record in sales.
• Clinical selling skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and guide physicians through complex procedures.
• Ability to initiate and drive projects from development through to implementation and completion.
• Positive thinking and solution-oriented approach.
• Can-do demeanor and high level of self-drive.
• Team and customer-oriented approach.
• Open, friendly, and very active personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years Medical Device experience.
• Experience working in sales in the medical devices sector.
• Experience working with highly sophisticated technical systems and/or working in a critical patient care setting.
• Effective and timely communicator with co-workers and all levels of the patient care team.
• Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and can be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
• Problem solver who can think critically in high-pressure environments.
• Hunger for learning and building new skills.
