Medical Device Sales Representative

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory. You'll work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales approaches to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical community
* Provide technical support and training to customers on Medtronic products and technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, life sciences, marketing)
* At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
* Strong knowledge of the medical industry and competitive marketplace
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
