Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide training and procedural case coverage to ensure the safe and effective use of our medical devices.
- Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with key operators and provide support for customer education and clinical data dissemination.
- Marketing and Education: Implement marketing and educational campaigns to increase adoption of our Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology.
- Clinical Data Analysis: Understand and present clinical data to support the use of our medical devices.
- Therapy Development: Develop and implement therapy plans in defined target accounts.
- Team Support: Provide technical and clinical support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, science, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4 years of experience directly supporting interventional or surgical procedures within a hospital setting, or 1 year of industry, hospital-based life sciences, sales support experience. Cardiovascular industry experience preferred.
- Skills: High attention to detail, good prioritization and organizational skills, excellent critical thinking and influencing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
