National Sales Manager Spain Description At Shockwave Medical, we're revolutionizing the treatment of advanced cardiovascular disease with our innovative Shockwave Reducer System. As a National Sales Manager for Spain, you'll play a key role in bringing this therapy to patients and physicians in Spain. Our team is passionate about improving the quality of life for those affected by refractory angina, and we're looking for a talented sales professional to join us in this mission. Key Responsibilities * Develop and expand a regional sales team to deliver best-in-class performance for revenue and growth * Build and manage a direct sales force in Spain, driving therapy adoption and maximizing sales revenues * Collaborate with therapy development managers to increase therapy penetration and deliver customer satisfaction * Identify and implement effective therapy development strategies and sales plans * Provide coaching, advice, and support to sales representatives to help them exceed their defined therapy development and sales objectives Requirements * Native or bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English * Experience in the medical device market, especially interventional cardiology * Excellent communication skills and convincing personality * High willingness to travel * Strong practical commercial execution background * Proven problem solver * Knowledge of in-country sales channels and the medical device market situation What We Offer At Shockwave Medical, we offer competitive total compensation packages in line with market requirements.
