**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager Spain to develop and expand our regional sales team in Spain. This key role will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a direct sales force in Spain, driving revenue growth, and increasing therapy penetration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team in Spain to deliver best-in-class performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on increased therapy adoption, driving revenue streams, and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, and the Director of International Sales and Distribution to identify market needs and execute on the sale/commercialization of the Coronary Sinus Reducer product.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams accurately and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize sales revenues and attain corporate objectives.
  • Provide coaching, advice, support, motivation, and information to help individuals develop their professional maturity and exceed their defined sales objectives.
  • Train and coach sales representatives to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations and serve as an escalation point for issues beyond team authority.
  • Perform sales activities for the assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed sales targets and develop and test new sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and industry knowledge and disseminate this information to the team.
  • Work closely with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and participate in sales team meetings, sales management meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor area sales trends and product performance results and follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in medical device sales.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a growth strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to forecast sales revenue streams accurately.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device industry and regulatory environment.
