Job Title: National Sales Manager for Iberia

In PMFarma, we are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Spain for the Iberia region. This is a unique opportunity to work on a critical project in the Neurological Therapeutic Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives at the national level, providing clear direction and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets.
  3. Contribute to the development of a robust Sales Plan to manage the Company product portfolio.
  4. Ensure effective in-country tactical implementation of key account plans to support rapid and effective growth for the business.
Requirements:
  1. Masters Degree or equivalent in pharma/science/biology/science engineering.
  2. 5+ years experience as hospital PS (including 2+ years managing PS) for NSM position.
  3. Prior Neuro and/or MS field or auto-immune inflammatory disease is a plus.
  4. Experience in product launches is a plus.
  5. Very high English level is mandatory.
  6. Proactivity, decision-making skills, good communication skills, and active listening.
  7. Autonomy and adaptability.
  8. Collaborative mindset.
  9. Digital skills to lead Webinars, digital Advisory Boards, online training, etc.
  10. Availability to travel at the local level.
