Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager for Spain to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our regional sales team to deliver outstanding performance in revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

Develop and manage a regional sales team to drive best-in-class performance in revenue and growth.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Identify and develop effective sales strategies and plans to increase therapy adoption, maximize sales revenues, and attain corporate objectives.

Forecast and Analyze Sales Performance

Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions.

Provide Coaching and Support

Coach and support sales representatives to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and the Director of International Sales and Distribution to identify market needs and execute on the sale/commercialization of the Coronary Sinus Reducer product.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge

Keep abreast of new product and industry knowledge to disseminate to the team and inform business decisions.

Monitor Sales Trends and Product Performance

Monitor area sales trends and product performance results to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Follow Company Policies and Procedures

Follow all company safety policies and safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations.

Provide Detailed Expense Reports

Provide detailed expense reports on a weekly basis using the Concur system.

Support Warehouse and Customer Service

Provide support and feedback to Warehouse regarding shipping and all other customer information.

Enhance Sales Skills

Continually enhance sales skills to promote a professional image and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

  1. Language and Communication Skills

Native or bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English.

Industry Experience

Experience in the medical device market, especially interventional cardiology; good clinical cath lab experience.

Commercial Execution Background

Strong practical commercial execution background.

Knowledge of In-Country Sales Channels

Knowledge of in-country sales channels.

Medical Device Market Knowledge

Good knowledge about medical device market situation (competitor activities, pricing, etc.).
