About the Role

Shockwave Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Develop and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base in Spain.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Spanish market.
  • Provide Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Native or Bilingual in Spanish: Fluency in Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in Medical Device Sales: Proven experience in medical device sales, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market and its dynamics.
