Regional Sales Director

About the Role
We're looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a specific territory. This role involves driving profitability and headcount growth, as well as leading Country Managers to implement and achieve sales strategies.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive sales targets for each country within your territory of control
* Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for the commercial team
* Provide detailed sales forecasting on a quarterly, semester, and annual basis
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing detailed sales forecasts
* Establish and maintain key customer relationships
* Allocate and adjust operational resources to achieve sales and service goals
About You
* Full proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales leadership position
* Proven experience in reporting to C-level executives
* In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Strong ability to lead multicultural sales teams and think strategically
* Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sector
