About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in the EMEA region. As Regional Sales Director EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
  3. Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  4. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region.
  5. Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales leadership within the hotel luxury properties.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  4. An exemplary record of achieving sales targets.
  5. Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Fluency in English and Spanish.
