Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director for Spain, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our global network by developing business partnerships with landlords and building owners. Your mission will be to accelerate the growth of our network by selling and developing business partnerships at local and regional levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and drive a team of Partnership Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver high volumes of activity.
- Generate awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections and networking.
- Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through a range of Business Development activities, including cold calling and trade shows.
- Sell the range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board approval for new partnership deals.
- Conduct due diligence with prospective partners and work with the IWG legal team to finalize and sign development agreements.
