Despite unprecedented cost increases and operational inefficiencies, beverage service remains a crucial aspect of major events. Long queues, poor quality drinks, and low customer satisfaction are common issues that we aim to solve.
About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our new team covering regional sales operations. As part of our Sales function, you will be responsible for driving growth and signing new deals along with maintaining existing client relationships.
Your Role
You will be tasked with pushing the sale and/or rental of our innovative concept, Boxbar Technology, in target markets including festivals, events, sports, venues, and hospitality through strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting/exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Driving new business growth within key markets and industry sectors
- Arranging and attending meetings with senior prospects, making C-Level presentations, drafting proposals, and contract documents
- Negotiating deals and closing contract sales on a timely basis
- Liaising with internal teams, including operations, marketing, tech, and finance
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with the events, venues, and hospitality sectors
What We Offer
As a Regional Sales Director at Boxbar Tech, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
