Drive Growth and Expansion in Emerging Europe

Axon is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in emerging European markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in emerging European markets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the technology or public safety sectors
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in emerging markets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
