Regional Sales Director Southern Europe

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the region.
About the Role
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Southern Europe.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes, tools, and training programs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Southern Europe market.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
