Job Title: Senior Regional Manager: Southern Europe

Resident Advisor (RA) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Manager to lead our operations in Southern Europe. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve holistic business objectives and overarching success.
  • Lead and manage local teams, including commercial, growth, and content teams, to drive performance and output.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to implement the International Strategy locally in Southern Europe.
  • Manage local Commercial/Revenue teams, mentoring and training to achieve commercial targets.
  • Initiate and maintain key market relationships: commercial, cultural, and creative.
  • Oversee local operations, including people, operations, physical spaces, and culture.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of all company products and services, recognizing nuances in their effective application locally.
  • Represent Southern Europe to the wider company, advocating for Product, Revenue, People, Support, and Content changes to adapt the business for success in Southern Europe.
  • Understand the local competitive landscape to improve product offerings and recognize opportunities.
  • Diagnose problems with the running of the platform locally and formulate effective solutions to expedite growth and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Embedded within the Southern Europe scene with a wide existing network.
  • A passion for electronic music and an in-depth understanding of the industry.
  • Proven success in a managerial role (4+ years of management experience).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and client-service skills.
  • An understanding of digital media and advertising.
  • Ability to motivate and lead employees, and to hold them accountable.
  • An understanding of People and HR requirements for our Southern Europe operations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is a requirement for this role.
  • Conversational in French is advantageous.
