Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director for Southern Europe to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the sales of our photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems, and micro-inverters in several local countries and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor local teams of national sales professionals to ensure they have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the company.
• Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals and regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters, with a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
• Effective management of international teams and a certain level of cultural understanding of different cultures.
• Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English.
