Your Impact

The European Sales Director will be responsible for driving growth, development, and expansion of revenue and the sales team across emerging markets in Europe. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, leadership acumen, and hands-on sales expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for developing markets in Europe, identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive business growth and market penetration, and align regional sales goals with overall company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability, set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in developing markets, drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, and utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and optimize performance.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and enhance customer satisfaction. Represent Axon at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the client base.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive business success.
