Job Description: Commercial Director - Iberia & South Europe Region


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Iberia & South Europe. As a key member of our Cencora team, you will be responsible for creating and executing regional sales strategies and detailed sales plans that align with our PharmaLex corporate sales strategy.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and detailed sales plans that meet our corporate sales goals.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with our group sales and marketing teams to establish and execute sales goals for the region.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand our customer base and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead the coordination of quotations with subject matter experts and support the implementation of regional marketing mix and tactics.
  • Oversee the development of relevant commercial offers with the contribution of business units and accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage, monitor, and follow-up commercial activities to ensure efficient translation of sales into actual revenue.
  • Ensure diligent keeping of leads, opportunities, and project status in our company database (Salesforce.com).
  • Strive for continued professional growth by improving business skills and industry knowledge and continuous professional development of the said team members.
  • Act as an engaged leader and have proper sensitivity across different cultures and lead the coordination of quotations with subject matter experts.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing software and systems, including Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages, with a strong understanding of the Iberian and South European markets.
