Job Summary

The Hub Leader will be responsible for driving growth, development, and expansion of revenue and the sales team across emerging markets within Europe. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, leadership acumen, and hands-on sales expertise. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for developing markets.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive business growth and market penetration.
Align regional sales goals with overall company objectives and ensure execution against these targets.

Leadership and Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Recruit and onboard top sales talent to build a robust and diverse team.

Revenue Growth and Client Relationship Management

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in developing markets.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and optimize performance.

Market Intelligence and Operational Excellence

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and drive business success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the technology or public safety sectors
