Strategic Sales Director for EMEA Region

As a Regional Sales Director for the EMEA region, you will have the opportunity to work in the exciting and attractive luxury hospitality industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region, managing a high-performing sales team, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region
- Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector
- Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the Hotel Luxury properties
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- An exemplary record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
