Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector
  • Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the Hotel Luxury properties
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • An exemplary record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
