Strategic Sales Leader EMEA

As the EMEA Strategic Sales Director at Arrow Electronics, Inc., you will be responsible for spearheading the sales strategy for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio in the EMEA region. Your primary objective will be to drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve financial and business objectives.
* Drive sales growth, retention, and portfolio adoption through strategic customer engagement and relationship-building.
* Lead a team of EMEA account directors, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management at key customers, driving business growth and expansion.
* Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
* Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and retention.
* Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to engage with customers and partners.
* Fluency in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
* Strong understanding of vendor strategies and ability to evangelize vendor propositions, driving business growth and expansion.
