Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Europe & North Africa Site and Service Sales Team, driving sales and business development in the region. As a key member of our EMEA Region's organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your industry expertise to develop and execute strategic plans, driving sales growth and expansion in the Europe & North Africa region.
- Lead and manage a high-performing Sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to drive results.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant business bachelor's or engineering degree level qualification.
- A post graduate business qualification is highly recommended.
- No less than 10 years' experience within the mining industry, 5 years of which should be in a leadership role.
- No less than 5 years' experience in a business development role with demonstrable success in growing the business.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- An existing strong network of key stakeholders within the mineral processing industry.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to grow and develop team members and potential leaders.
- Ability to build a cohesive and engaged Sales team focused on meeting customer needs.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
