About The Role:
Arrow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Strategic Sales Director to spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement. Your leadership and management skills will be pivotal in achieving financial and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.
- Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.
- Lead a team of EMEA account directors and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
- Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
- Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers.
Required:
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
- Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
