Job Description:

Arrow ECS is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. As the EMEA Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.

This role is pivotal in achieving financial and business goals, and you will lead a team of EMEA business developers to collaborate with key partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
  • Managing and supporting a team of EMEA business developers.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Coordinating forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Designing and developing sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.

Requirements include:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
